Did you know that over 65% to 70% of our body is mostly filled up with fluid components, such as lymph and blood? According to the United States hematologists, an adult man's fluid component is about 65% while an adult women's fluid component is about 70% of the body weight! (That's why women do need a lot more water than men to keep their skin looking more rejuvenate...)
We have been advised by doctors, nutritionists or physicians to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Well, it is easier to say than to be done. Did you the kind of person that drink at least 8 glasses of water or more (don't even try to count those soft drinks that full of assorted preservatives and artificial coloring inside it, all we need is a pure crystal water!)
Recently, I have found an easy to follow water-drinking time table named "Longevity Water Drinking Schedule". Most of the peoples already benefit with this proven method. The earlier you follow this longevity water-drinking schedule, your body will becoming healthier than before...
The daily water drinking routine as below:
6:30 a.m.: After a completely long night of sleeping, your body starts to dehydrate. You should drink your daily's first glass of water; this will help your kidney and liver to detoxify.
8:30 a.m.: Body started dehydrates again when you stuck in the traffic jam for over an hour or even longer. At the time, you arrived at office or working place, do not forget to drink your second glass of water.
11:00 a.m.: It is time for your third glass of water. This glass of water not only can make you out of thirst, but also can relax your working stress as well.
1:00 p.m.: Remember to drink another glass of water after your lunchtime; it will help to smoothes up the digestion.
3:00 p.m.: This is the fifth glass of the day to refresh your blocking mind.
5:30 p.m.: Before you leaving office and heading to home, you might consider to drink another glass of water. This glass of water made your stomach feeling full therefore will decrease the intake amount of you dinner.
8:00 p.m.: After half an hour of dinner, a glass of water will boost the performance of peristalsis.
10:00 p.m.: The eighth also the last glass of water of the day. Remember that a glass of 205ml water is very enough; I bet you don't want to go for "pass water" in the middle of night!

We all need to drink more water. i find a little lemon juice makes is more palatable when I'm craving juice
